Unlike Mitsubishi's remarkable Super All-Wheel Control (S-AWC) 4WD system found in the company's famed Lancer Evolution model that utilizes such exotic technology as active differentials and active yaw control for extreme high performance, the on-demand electronically-controlled 4WD found on the new Outlander Sport emphasizes fuel efficiency Aside from a fantastic powertrain, every iteration of the Lancer Evolution also boasted immense chassis capabilities, starting with racing suspension and standard all-wheel-drive on all generations. However, just as the engine received upgrades as the years went by, the Evo’s chassis received the exact same treatment.
Yes all the lamp shells are the same across the Lancer range. The EVO is a larger body so body kits from N/A versions dont fit as for lights, i always assumed they were the same Call mitsubishi parts and ask them if evo lights will fit on an ES or if aspire HIDs will fit an evo Good luck mate.
Despite sharing the same platform and genetic makeup as the Lancer, the Lancer Evolution had a firmer suspension and more power than the Lancer. These distinctions were some of the most significant ones between the two vehicles. What distinguishes a Lancer GTS from an Evo?
the two engines are amazingly similar, anyone who argues otherwise should be ignored. the obvious big differences would be the inverted engine. this was done for better weight distribution on the evo 4. because the motor was inverted yet the intake and exhaust ports were kept on the same side, the cylinder head cannot be used on our cars
The Lancer Evolution Wagon is a fully-blown Evo in every detail. Dropped onto the same four-wheel- drive platform as the Evo IX, this luggage-lugger is about as extreme as they come.
Just remember no aftermarket product will fit 100%50% of the time you will need to either make it fit or modify it to fit and the other 50% it won't fit at all. Trust me I have had experience with both. Evo_Girl. Lancer ES/EX. Posts: 169. Joined: Wed Jan 11, 2012 6:59 am. C0k4.
