It weakened Elizabeth's purpose in the Bioshock universe to have her used as a cog for 7 year old game that doesn't have to be retold again. BaS absolutely exists in a different universe from the one we played in Infinite because Anna doesn't die in the reality we know. The only perspective that matters in the story is Elizabeth, and Ken Levine has confirmed that she's one and the same as the one from Infinite, which means she carries all the memories of what Comstock was capable of, including the memories of her being brainwashed However, as shown by the end of Infinite, all of these Elizabeths are effectively eliminated from the timeline. That leaves but the one who escaped to Rapture to hunt down the final Comstock, as seen in Burial At Sea 1, and the Anna/Elizabeth in Burial At Sea 2. The former was not a constant, but since she was from another universe she is now dead.

I enjoyed both Burials at Sea until the end of ep.2. I just didn`t like the ending. It felt like they had to put an end to Bioshock Infinite. Overall the DLC`s were nice but my experience was ruined in the end. A LOT of people feel this way. Hopefully the Bioshock book that in the works will give a proper end to the story. sm

Bioshock Infinite: Burial at Sea bids farewell to plasmids. Following on from the cliffhanger ending of Episode 1, the game continues the story of Booker and Elizabeth looking for a missing girl I don't remember anyone coming close to how infinite and even this game would end up being when they speculated. My guess for Burial episode 2 will be similar. There's not really enough facts probably to guess how it plays out anyways. I look forward to episode 2, but I think I';m done trying to speculate how it's going to play out.
